We are recruiting for Sector Sales Specialist – Mining, who will be responsible for business development and growth of the Mining sector across India. The role is to expand Mining sector revenue in current accounts and build new accounts across target markets by identifying and driving customer value propositions based on Aggreko product and application expertise.

What you’ll do:
Position allows for remote or face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within the specified location (North - Eastern Part of India)
Engage in sales to both new and existing customers, utilizing cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies.
Identify and assess potential sales opportunities, crafting medium to long-term sales plans to enhance relationships and boost energy solution sales.
Drive towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship management.
Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure efficient sales operations.
Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
Understanding of Mining sector technical fundamentals and organizational processes
Experience in effectively managing and expanding territories, indicating strategic planning and execution abilities.
Possess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, HVAC / Temperature Control equipment, contributing to informed sales discussions.
Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, enabling efficient customer relationship management and sales tracking.
Financial and commercial awareness to ensure the focus is on profitable growth.
