We’re looking for a Fleet Planner, APAC in Manila, Philippines and the main job function is to lead a best-in-class fleet planning function that delivers on the key business priorities ensuring we have a clear strategy to meet our business demands.

What you’ll do:
- Responsible for daily fleet allocation & optimisation using insight and system driven analytical tools.
- Interpreting salesforce data to align with available fleet highlighting any shortages.
- Identify future trends & demand analysis that impact our customer offering and value proposition
- Lead weekly pipeline calls with the regions on order pipeline to understand future fleet demand
- Drive cost efficiency by proactively positioning assets strategically
- Manage fleet verification exercises and ensure consistency of data in ERP System, liaise with FA controllers to ensure registers are up to date ensuring system data is available for reporting purposes.
- Support administration side of strategic tasks such as Capex, disposals as required
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Ability to optimize our fleet with a strategy to get the best returns.
- Strong analytical skills that can interpret data to track trends and position our fleet accordingly
- Methodical approach optimizing current and future processes focusing on business priorities, with ability to enforce processes that are supportive of strategic and operational goals.
- Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions
- Ability to create and communicate clear reports utilizing existing business tools.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
