Job description: Finance Business Partner - North Asia
Acting as the main link between the Finance function and the business; Providing proactive business, functional and external (market, competitor, customer) insight based on in-depth business knowledge and solving key business problems.

What you’ll do
- Support the business with analysis for strategic direction, focus on opportunity growth areas, monitoring competition, including business case review, commercial negotiations, and pricing.
- Assist the budgeting and forecasting process, assessing actual performance against strategy with meaningful commentary and actionable recommendations.
- Produce ad-hoc analysis to key stakeholders in a timely manner including non-financial data (i.e. Fleet utilisation, Service orders, Headcount, etc.).
- Drive financial performance, in adding strategic commentary and reporting the actual results focusing on revenue, profitability, and the health of the balance sheet.
- Support Controllership (accountable for accuracy of reported figures) in resolving issues with the Business, e.g. challenging revenue recognitions.
- Build partnerships with the Business other streams within Finance to gain a clear understanding of their processes and requirements with a view to providing support and alignment.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of in a business partnering role with heavy analytic responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years managing a team of analysts
- Demonstrable experience of accounting rules including GAAP and IFRS and other Global accounting rules
- Deep experience in preparing financial reports, building and utilising financial and operational decision-making models, trend analysis and forecasting
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Ideally Infor Cloudsuite), consolidations systems and data warehousing tools
- Able to identify and challenge ways of working that impact efficient performance delivery and influence stakeholders to initiate changes
- Able to work in a geographically dispersed global organisation
- High level of credibility and ability on dealing with sensitive information
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability
