We're looking for a Storekeeper for Sta. Rosa, Laguna to support in the execution of day-to-day business requirements to ensure efficient and on- time delivery of inventory. This includes planning, preparation, documentation and packaging of required items in line with Aggreko standards.

What you’ll do:

• Perform tasks for inwards and outwards goods.
• Maintain all documentation for accurate inventory management.
• Attend to external delivery vehicles for all incoming and outgoing deliveries. Ensure all deliveries are movements of cargo are performed safely and on time.
• Maintain accurate account of inventory in central store warehouse.
• Action time sensitive inventory requests for spare parts in stock.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
• Communicate with vendors to resolve problems related to deliveries and returns.
• Comply with all QHS&E policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Ability to learn inventory ERP system quickly and gain knowledge of products, people and locations.
• Proficient in MS Office – Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good communication and time management skills
• Availability to work occasional overtime
• Must be physically fit to be able to carry out safe lifting of boxes and parts within HSE guidelines.
