We’re looking for a Lead Technician for the Service & Repair Centre in Jebel Ali, who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of technicians in the refurbishment, repair & maintenance of Aggreko equipment. Ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll do:
- Leading, guiding & supporting a team of technicians
- Continuous Improvement
- Conducting quality control checks
- Managing the schedules and workloads of their team members
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure proper coordination of work activities and timely completion of tasks.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to technicians to improve their skills and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in leading multicultural teams in a workshop or factory-based environment
- Technically Competent, preferably in Power Generation
- Capable of defining, setting and improving standards
- Holds themselves and others to account
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Computer literate
