What you will do:
- Lead a team of rehire schedulers within the North American region (NAM), ensuring on-time delivery of rehired equipment
- Work with stakeholders to maintain profitability through effective fleet rehire management and provide asset availability information to sales and operations
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, strategically manage their capabilities and costs, and negotiate for the best pricing and service
- Proactively substitute rehire assets with Aggreko assets when available, ensure timely termination of agreements, and manage the return of rehire assets
- Provide leadership daily to the rehire team and collaborate with procurement, Hire Coordination, Logistics, and Sales to deliver targeted rehire recovery
- Ensure prompt processing of rehire sourcing tasks and vendor invoices, and coach the team on cost-saving strategies, including disputing and negotiating pricing with vendors
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent years of experience
- 5-7 years of leadership experience preferred managing both exempt and Non-exempt team members
- Supply chain and Logistics experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time
