We are immediately hiring a Service Center Manager in our Service Center in Columbia, SC - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you will do:  

  • Manage the daily operations of the Columbia, SC service Center and ensure efficient logistics and asset management 

  • Report to the Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers for consistency across the region 

  • Coach and develop a team of at least 15 technical employees, providing mentorship and support 

  • Coordinate technicians and contract labor for effective job execution 

  • Partner with sales, fleet, and planning teams to optimize operational performance 

  • Serve as the safety lead, ensuring compliance with safety practices through meetings and oversight 

 

We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience: 

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant operations and direct management of technical employees' experience 

  • Manage P&L (Profit and Loss) of at least $10 Million amount – reporting and analysis  

  • Experience in the rental industry and power generation preferred  

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
