What you’ll do:
Provide operations leadership for our Event Services Team
Report to the Events Operations Leader and collaborate with peers across North America
Coach and develop 20-25 technical employees.
Coordinate technician and contract labor for job execution.
Oversee the daily operations of projects
Lead a team of technicians to service, repair, commission, and operate Aggreko products on special events.
Guide proper installation of Aggreko generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, temperature control equipment, new Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) technology, Load Banks, and/or air compressor systems.
Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams to ensure available labor is on hand when needed.
Function as safety lead for your employees making sure they have the proper PPE and training.
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
Relevant operations leadership experience
5+ years of direct management of technical employees
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or project management or equivalent work experience
Experience with lean principles including 5S/6S (GSCS) and other related process improvement methodologies.
