Role description: As Service & Repair Manager Moerdijk you are responsible for the entire S&R Workshop in Moerdijk & Hoboken to ensuring that all sets are repaired according to a certain process, conditions, within a certain time frame and made available for Hire to achieve the target of Max 5% MR across Europe
Detailed description:
To achieve the objective of growth throughout Europe, the fleet will have to be available for rental. Together with the Total S&R team, you are responsible for the quality of the fleet that is within your workshop and made available according certain requirements and conditions. In addition, you are also responsible for planning repairs across Europe, managing costs and looking at other repair options to achieve the objectives that have been set. You must also have an active attitude towards the depots to jointly manage the repairs, plan and decide how & where to repair this fleet to realize a planning that meets the rental demand and to ensure that the fleet is available for hire. This is with the aim of achieving the target of max 5% MR. You will report directly to the S&R - INV Manager Europe and lead a team of 10 - 14 people, including 2 Team-leaders.
Responsibilities
- Proactively lead and manage a Team of people in Moerdijk to create a high performance to support the business
- Working with a Europe Planning of our Repairs to provide the business accurate up-dates
- Act Por-active on planning to avoid long duration of MR
- Manage your own Budget / P&L to control your costs according a budget
- Provide Forecast for the coming months
- Alignment with the Planning & INV Manager to plan & prioritize our repairs
- Looking at creative possibilities of external repairs that contribute to the output of the repairs
- Independently audit and make recommendations that will ensure that the facilities is operating and maintained in line with the Company’s Global Service Centre Management Standards
- Working in European Team to achieve our coming goals
