We are looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Manager based in Hungary to join our expanding team. This exciting opportunity offers remote working flexibility and will involve travel to customer sites and meetings as you build our presence in the region.

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Aggreko, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact by identifying value-added opportunities and delivering profitable projects.

You'll be responsible for establishing and expanding the customer base, developing and delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, negotiating and closing sales, and achieving business results.

About the role:

This role is primarily focused on identifying and driving business development opportunities in the assigned market/ sector: Utilities, Oil and Gaz, Petrochemical, Refinery and HVAC customers.

The incumbent will operate and represent Aggreko at a senior level with customers, be a self-starter able to manage and work across functions, taking ownership of the client.

He/ she will build relationships (or leverage those already existing) to sell our value proposition(s) to the influencers and decision makers of the targeted companies (customers).

This is a role where there is an expectation to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

Location: Hungary - Home based

Travel: Significant travel throughout the territory and occasional overnight stays (up to 70% of activity) - Able to travel to neighboring countries: Slovekia, Czech Republic,

What we’re looking for:

· Strategic thinking: clear understanding of the current and future market trends, business landscape and specific clients' needs, identifying and executing sales strategies that will result in success.

· Business & Commercial acumen: understands the industry, market trends, customer behavior and competitors; able to construct high value complex proposals.

· Technical Acumen:

·Communication & Interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; ability to build strong relationships with clients, industry partners and other stakeholders; able to collaborate well internally.

· Data & Analytical skills: able to analyze sales data and using it to make informed decisions that can improve sales performance; analyze key performance indicators and conducting market research are essential to the job.

· Project Management: able to handle multiple projects at once, prioritize workloads and manage tight timelines.

· Customer Intimacy: ability to develop strong relationships with customers and be recognized as credible and trusted advisor able to provide integrated solutions that meet customer’s needs.
