We’re looking for Project Coordinator to provide meticulous back of house project coordinating support to ensure the smooth allocation of fleet for awarded projects – Works closely with Service Managers, Project Administrators and Coordinators

What you’ll do:
Responsible for fleet planning for all the projects as well as transport and logistics coordination.
Allocate fleet in necessary systems.
Accurately track/present data for the equipment used in the projects and events.
Cost tracking & raise purchase orders.
Interaction with relevant support functions internally.
General Project Administration.
Document Control.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Understanding of power and temperature control equipment is highly advantageous.
Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain.
Experience in Rental Industry preferred.
