We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, based in Belgium.
Your responsibilities:
Drive growth by developing a competitive and robust sales strategy in collaboration with colleagues from Marketing.
Create sales plans for the team in line with the sector strategy.
Proactively lead the team and support them in a results-driven culture where KPIs are systematically achieved and exceeded.
Maintain CRM standards and manage the overall opportunity pipeline.
Take direct responsibility for the most strategic customer relationships.
Focus on coaching and team development, ensuring Aggreko's 'Sales Leadership Blueprint' and 'non-negotiables' are upheld.
Identify areas for improvement and lead positive changes effectively.
What You’ll Do:
Experience leading sales teams (6 or more people) and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Have a proven track record of coaching sales teams.
Ideally, you will have experience in the power generation or temperature control rental industries.
Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities while maintaining high standards.
A valid driver’s licence.
