We’re looking for a Gas / Power Product & Applications Technical Specialist based in Europe.
The successful candidate will ensure the integration of products into the European business by delivering highly specialised technical support. This is a role that will involve extensive travel.

What you’ll do:
Technical Support and Customer Excellence:
Deliver expert technical support for Gas Power Generation products.
Provide comprehensive support for all Aggreko equipment, including Diesel products, Stage V units, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Conduct thorough testing, validation, and documentation of solutions.
Enhance customer experience by addressing technical inquiries and providing on-site troubleshooting.
Support the design and delivery of training solutions and assess technical competencies.
Collaborate with OEMs to develop and refine maintenance and repair processes.
Product Development and Life-Cycle Management:
Accelerate product utilisation and performance.
Support the development and validation of gas infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams for product performance improvements.
Champion hybridisation and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Collaboration and Project Implementation:
Provide technical solutions and support for on-site project implementation and commissioning.
Work closely with sales technicians and management to ensure successful project execution.
Promote new market opportunities by validating applications for non-standard fuels and co-generation projects.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Exceptional technical proficiency in power products, with a focus on Jenbacher Gas Generators.
Experience with Cummins Gas Engines, Stage V products, and BESS is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
