We’re looking for a Production Manager based at our Lomondgate site in Dumbarton. In this role, you will lead a team to meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

What you’ll do:
- Manage a team of section managers to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance (QA) and Health & Safety (HS) standards.
- Align production processes with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) targets.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments.
- Oversee the assembly, testing, and release of products, ensuring efficient processes.
- Lead a team responsible for production activities across our Lomondgate site.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in production management with proven leadership experience ideally within an Engineering environment
- Experience managing teams in a similar production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
